Special Note

Base surface treatment
Concrete sealing and curing agent construction technology
Remove sundries, construction waste, paint, coatings, construction rubber, etc. on the floor surface. And use tap water to clean the floor surface as a whole until there is no fine grit.
Ground grinding
Install 300-mesh and 500-mesh diamond resin grinding discs with a grinder, add water to grind the ground vertically and horizontally for 3 to 5 times, and remove the dust and laitance on the floor surface. (The mesh size of the initial grinding disc should be adjusted according to the actual situation on site. It is advisable to grind until the roughness of the floor surface is eliminated and the sand will not be exposed. If the dew sand effect is desired, the mesh number of the disc should be reduced accordingly). Until the surface of the floor is flat and basically smooth, at the same time use a water absorber to absorb the sewage.
Curing agent construction
After the floor surface is naturally air-dried, you can pour BANDe Concrete Sealing and Curing Agent on the ground, and use a plastic broom to brush back and forth to make the material fully penetrate. Keep the floor surface moist for 2 hours, during which you should pay attention to the The material is evenly brushed, and the color change of the ground is observed at all times. Then, drink a small amount of water, and use a plastic broom to brush back and forth continuously to make the material further fully penetrate through. Keep the floor surface wet for 1 hour.
Ground grinding
Then install 1000 mesh-3000 mesh diamond resin grinding discs with water and grind 3-5 times vertically and horizontally with the grinding machine respectively, and suck up the sewage.
