Crystal Floor Hardener
Inorganic penetration/crystal hardening/protective repair
Applicable: cement-based floor (inorganic penetration)
BANDe crystal floor liquid hardener can solve the problems of sand, dust, dust and leakage of new and old rough or smooth cement surfaces such as concrete, emery, terrazzo, and mortar.
Properties: Colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable, water-based, transparent.
Principle: Infiltrate the cement-based surface 3-5mm, fill the internal voids of the concrete → block → crystallization → curing → hardening, so that the floor can reach crystal-like hardness.
Function: hardening, wear-resistant, bright blocking, dust-proof, moisture-proof.
Technological characteristics: single component, easy to construct.
Application
Applicable to all kinds of public floors. Such as: factory workshops, underground garages, stores, supermarkets, warehousing and logistics, office buildings, exhibition halls, gas stations, airports, auto shops, dust-free workshops, schools, hospitals, restaurants, clubs, art galleries, etc.
Base surface treatment
Remove sundries, construction waste, paint, coatings, construction rubber, etc. on the floor surface. And use tap water to clean the floor surface as a whole until there is no fine grit.
Ground grinding
Install a 300-mesh diamond resin grinding disc with a grinder, add water to grind 3 to 5 times vertically and horizontally, and remove dust and laitance on the floor surface. (The size of the initial grinding disc mesh is adjusted according to the actual situation on site).
Then use a polishing machine to install diamond resin abrasive discs for 500~3000 days, and use the same process to polish 3~5 times with water until the surface of the floor is flat and smooth (the mesh number of abrasive discs is adjusted according to the actual situation on site, and it is used selectively). The water absorber sucks up the sewage.
Crystal floor construction
After the surface of the floor is dry, pour the crystal floor liquid hardener on the ground, and use a plastic broom to brush back and forth to make the material fully penetrate.
Keep the floor surface soaked for 40~60 minutes. When the material is sticky, remove the excess material and spread the remaining material evenly.
To see the bright effect of the floor as soon as possible, it needs to be polished.
Precautions
- Shake well before use. If it is frozen, shake it well after it is completely thawed, it will not affect the use effect;
- It is not suitable for outdoor construction in rainy and snowy days;
- It is protective after 3 hours of construction, and it should not be soaked in water within a week;
- The surrounding items must be protected during application;
- Construction temperature: above 5°C.
Security
This product is a non-flammable product, it is strictly forbidden to swallow, avoid splashing into the eyes, wash with plenty of water in contact with the skin, and seek medical attention immediately if there is any discomfort.
Packaging, Storage and Transportation
This product is packed in plastic drums, sealed and stored, be careful of leakage, keep away from heat sources, and keep it out of the reach of children.
